My best novel, now in English!

Every writer has a special fondness for one of their books in particular. In my case, the novel I originally titled Castidad y Rock and Roll has always been my favorite, and now it’s also available in English with a much more evocative title: Fleeing into Silence. Why the title change for the English version? For the same reason many films get new titles when released in other countries—often to better capture the essence of the work within the culture and language of the audience it’s reaching.

To give you an idea of what it’s about, here’s the synopsis:
